A GUIDE TO OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where are Maëlle products made?

• Maëlle products are developed and manufactured in Italy and in the UK by suppliers who make
product for many well known and respected brands.
• Maëlle uses the highest quality ingredients whether natural or synthetic. These ingredients have a
proven safety record and are widely used in the cosmetics industry.

When will the starter kits be sent out?

• The Maëlle Starter Kits will likely be sent out in October. They will be sent a few days before you
can start selling products from your own Personal Websites and through Facebook



When will other products be available?

• Starting January 2017 we will have new products launching each and every month focusing on
skincare and cosmetics.


What are the prices of the products?

• Pricing is still to be determined, but we can say that the pricing will be competitive with retail
brands. It will be premium quality product at mid-market prices. An example would be our Above
& Beyond Mascara which will be priced at £18/$25.


What testing is done on the products?

• We conduct a series of rigorous tests including microbiological, challenge, stability and compatibility
test to ensure the safety of our products.


Are the products Parabens Free?

• Yes they are, and the products are carefully preserved to ensure customer safety.

Do the products contain Sodium Laurel Sulfate (SLS)?

• Our launch products do not contain SLS and we do not plan to include it in any of our other
products.
 
Are the products Gluten-Free?

• This is something we have not yet encountered, therefore we are asking our suppliers to do further
testing.


Do you test on animals?

• Maëlle is a cruelty-free brand and does not perform animal tests on any of our product formulations
or individual ingredients either directly or indirectly. All ingredients are carefully monitored,
and suppliers are required to confirm that the ingredients they are contracted to supply have not
been tested on animals and to provide data relating directly to the last test which took place. All
of our suppliers are required to comply with this policy and confirm that the materials they are
supplying to us have not been tested on animals. Any materials which do not comply with these
requirements will not be used in our products. Our finished products are never tested on animals.


Which products are in the Starter Kit?

• The starter kit will include retail sized Maëlle products and a starter kit bag. Valued at over
